When you are running an organization then individual change management is not possible because it is difficult to manage individuals. Organizational change management provides action to take at the project level to support individuals of an organization who are impacted by the project. Usually, customized plan is being created in the organizational change management as which ensures the awareness, support, coaching, training and leadership of employees. Successful individual transitions are central focus in organizational change management. The successful change management leads to effective team building and it increases morale among workers. It maintains the constant state of evolution of an organization.

Enterprise change management: Enterprise change management provides competitive differentiation and the ability to adapt ever-changing world. It means that effective change management is embedded into organization’s structures, roles and leadership competencies. Change management processes are applied to initiatives and start-ups. For effective change management, the leaders must have skills to guide and lead their teams. It results in quick and effective change and organizations can quickly respond to market changes and they can embrace different strategies.
